Riders at either end of the sizing spectrum are vastly underserved by the bicycle industry.

Due to common manufacturing constraints associated with building bicycle frames in huge batches the range between the smallest and largest frame sizes is limited, or the extended sizes are fraught with design and geometry compromises that often result in compromised fit.

Small and tall frames derserve more thoughtful and personalized attention to design and detail than they typically get.  Since the custom approach to building these unique frames is more encompassing and flexible; because I take the time to hear your input and incorporate your measurements; and because fringe sizes need their own forks, wheels, tubing, and geometry; the end result will be a truer reflection of your proportions, and you won’t believe how right it feels.

A Sense for Proportion

I can work with the dimensions of the frame, fork, tubing, and wheels to create really large and really small bicycles that visually seem less so.

Patient Sizing Process

I can use info provided from your local professional fitter, or you can supply your own measurements. Either way the numbers are used to create a CAD drawing that gives us a pretty good idea how the frame will fit in real life.

43cm-68cm

My Anvil frame fixture tops out at a 68cm seat tube, but there's ways around that. Anything smaller than a 43cm and there's little room left for even a water bottle, but there's probably ways around that too.
